Ulcer and canker sores

The mouth ulcers, also called canker sores, are painful lesions that appear in the mouth.
Causes
The exact cause of most ulcers mouth is not known. Against known by factors that may be directly or indirectly with the formation of ulcers.
     * Stress direct or irritation
     * The acidic foods, including soft drinks.
     * Sometimes anti-inflammatory.
     * Orthodontic appliances or dentures news can sometimes cause ulcers.
     * Nutritional deficiency in zinc, folic acid or vitamin B12.
     * Certain diseases of the digestive system, such as Crohn's disease.
SYMPTOMS 
     * Feeling tingling or burning, especially eating spicy food or acid.
     * Presence of a white lesion with a red border formed inside the lips or cheeks.
Salaries
     * The pain from an ulcer usually diminishes after a few days and complete recovery occurs after one to two weeks.
     * If the ulcers are large and very painful, you can use a mouthwash anti-microbial, or a local analgesic cream.
Prevention 
     * Avoid acidic foods that can irritate the mouth, including soft drinks.
     * Use a toothbrush silk flexible to avoid injuring the gums and lips.
It is advised to consult their dentist
     * An ulcer is bigger than normal.
     * A sore that does not disappear after three weeks.
     * The emergence of a pain intolerant.
     * From the difficulty ingest enough fluids.
     * The emergence of a fever at the same time that the ulcer.
