Natural sleep aid chamomile

Considered as one of the top choices of remedies when it comes to sleep disorder, chamomile can be taken as a tea that may promote relaxation and ease tension. It may also have side effects even if it's a natural sleep aid that may relate to it being a relative of ragweed. This means that it can cause allergies to individuals with ragweed allergies. It should also be avoided by those who are currently taking blood thinners because it is also a coumarin. And also in rare cases, very large doses can lead to nausea and vomiting but moderation however can keep these things from happening.
