How to avoid bad breath?
In addition to avoiding consumption of certain foods that may cause bad breath, you can reduce the appearance:
brushing your teeth thoroughly twice a day and moving the floss every day to remove plaque and food debris removing your equipment every night and the cleaner before handing them in the mouth in the morning consulting your dentist regularly for an examination and cleaning. If your bad breath persists despite brushing and cleaning floss, see your dentist: it may be a more serious problem. Only a dentist can tell you if you are suffering from gum disease, a dry mouth or plaque may be causing your bad breath.
