Sleeping is one of the fundamental functions in our life as it helps the body rest and restores its high energy level making us happier, more energetic and focused. Our brain goes into complete rest when we sleep and this builds up the energy we lost during our waking hours.  There are in fact a number of benefits and reasons why sleep is good to our health. Our body’s natural healing process and the immune system functions on its highest level during sleep. Memory retention is enhanced and also it helps relieve stress. If we lack sleep, chances are that we could have a worsening blood circulation, increasing the likelihood of a heart disease.
